- How much does a website/other design cost?
It is difficult to answer this question, simply due to the nature of a design—especially a website. The scope and scale of the finished product is so vast and varied, providing a ballpark figure isn’t really useful.The cost of a website—like a house, let’s say—mostly depends on the amount of time, tools and skills needed to build it. So to give an accurate estimate of costs for a website, I need to collect as much information from you, the client, as possible. Details such as the amount of web pages needed, budget, timeframe, preferred look and feel of a design, or consideration for mobile and tablet compatibility all factor into the costing of a website. This is why I can’t give you a figure from the outset until I have a solid understanding of the scope of the project.
- Can I edit and maintain my website myself?
Yes! I design thoughtful websites and content management systems so that you have control over your website, without affecting the layout design. I also create custom step-by-step tutorials so if you’re less confident in your technical skills you will always have a thorough guide to fall back on.
- Can you fit me into your schedule?
I am only able to accept a limited number of projects every year. My schedule is quickly filled up, so I appreciate serious enquiries only, thank you!
